Please read this carefully. Waffle needs a working internet connection to place a 911 call - Waffle Go uses WiFi or mobile data, and Waffle Home uses WiFi only with no cellular fallback, so it cannot call 911 if your WiFi or power is down. In areas of poor coverage a call may not connect. 911 calls route to the PSAP for the service address you registered, which may not match your child's actual location if they're away from home. Always keep a working phone available and make sure your child knows how to call 911 from any phone.
