Waffle Home works on 2.4GHz and 5GHz WiFi - either is fine.
Does Waffle work on 6GHz WiFi?
No - Waffle does not work on a 6GHz WiFi setup.
Can it be used without WiFi?
Waffle Home Uses your home WiFi.
How do I change the WiFi on my Waffle Home?
To change your WiFi network, you'll need to re-pair your Waffle Home.
I changed my internet/router - how do I reconnect?
When your WiFi network changes, re-pair the Waffle Home to connect to the new one.
How do I add and assign contacts?
In the Waffle Hub app you add contacts at your account level, then assign them to each device.
Do contacts apply to all my devices automatically?
Contacts are stored at your account level, but each device needs its contacts assigned individually.
How do I add a Waffle-to-Waffle contact?
Both Waffles need each other saved and approved in the Waffle Hub app - then they call each other free on any plan, great for siblings and friends.

Both Waffles need each other approved in the Waffle Hub app.
Can I choose my child's phone number?
Yes - you can pick a number of your choosing, tied to your city or state.
Why is my number taking time to activate?
Once you've picked your number, your Waffle can take up to 1 hour to be partitioned and have the number assigned - so if calls aren't connecting strai
Can I change the phone number after setup?
No, unfortunately the number can't be changed after setup.
Can I have one number across multiple devices?
Not yet - it's one device per number for now.
How do voice notes work?
Voice notes are quick recorded messages, up to 20 seconds each.
How long can a voice note be?
Voice notes can be up to 20 seconds each - short and simple, just like a quick message.
Can voice notes go between the app, phones and Waffle devices?
Yes - voice notes work App-to-Phone, Phone-to-App, and Waffle-to-Waffle.
