Can I send text messages?
Nope - Waffle is voice only.
Can multiple people join one call?
Not yet - calls are one-on-one for now, but conference calling is coming soon.
Can I see who my child has been talking to?
Yes - you can view your child's activity in the Waffle Hub app.
Can my child call anyone?
Only people you approve.
Can strangers call my child?
No.
Can Waffle call regular phones and landlines?
Yes.
Can Waffle call a Tin Can, Ooma or other home phone?
Yes.
Is Waffle compatible with our existing home phone setup?
Waffle works alongside whatever you already have.
Does every plan come with a number?
Yes - every plan comes with a number.
Does Waffle Go have a phone number?
Yes - Go Plus+ comes with its own number, but only approved contacts can call in.
Can I use my own carrier or SIM?
No - Waffle provides the number and manages the built-in eSIM, which keeps things secure and simple.
Can my child call grandparents overseas?
Yes - on Waffle Plus+, calling is number to number, so your child can call an approved international phone number.
Which countries can I call internationally?
On Waffle Plus+, your child can call approved contacts in these countries (up to 120 minutes a month): Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Belize,
Can I pick a local area code for my child's number?
Yes - represent your town!

You can choose from area codes across the United States.
