Waffle charges at a deliberately low wattage for safety - it's a kids' device, so it charges more gently than a phone and won't fast-charge. That's normal. If it seems slower than usual or won't hold charge, check you're using a good-quality cable and power adapter, and try a different known-good cable and adapter to rule those out. If it still charges very slowly or drains quickly on a known-good setup, email [email protected] or chat with the Waffle Support team. Note: a fast-charge cable won't speed things up - Waffle limits charge speed by design for safety, so it charges at the same gentle rate regardless of cable.
